The Neuro Therapy Centre is a charity. It’s also an essential resource for people with MS and other neurological conditions. It has been part of Kathy’s life since 2015. At 64, running around a hilly Lakeland course is a challenge, but that is nothing compared to what Kathy and tens of thousands of other people with neurological conditions face every day. Exercise is proven to be hugely beneficial for mental and physical health. By supporting the Centre you are directly improving lives.

I’ve been using the gym for a week or two and it is always so helpful and lovely going there. I also had an counselling assessment that was really good too and I want to raise money for a great charity.
A disease that is very close to us.
